Decide about the registration for a single dancer or for a dancing couple. Fill out the form properly. All your personal data will be kept in confidence. Please tell us if you want to spend the nights in the gym and if you want to attend the party on Sunday. This helps us to plan the catering and to optimally satisfy you. By clicking on "Next" you come to the confirmation screen. Please read everything once again and confirm your data. To minimize time and effort for us to correct your data. With "Confirm and Register" you have finished registration. You will automatically receive a confirmation mail. In this, there is the LipHop bank account number. Please use only this one and not the one of the former years as we changed it. Please also note that your registration is accepted not until you transfer the complete fee.

Along with the registration confirmation we also send you IBAN and BIC data for the account. Therefore, bank transfers from all over Europe should be no problem.

Far before the festival we meet first expenses. With a punctual payment you make that possible at all. For this, we reward you with the Earlybird discount until August 15^th.

If you cancle before September 13^th you will get back your fee minus an arrangement fee. If you have to cancel between Sept. 16^th and 29^th, we can refund 100 EUR if we can fill your workshop places with other people, and 60 EUR, if we cannot. However, until eight days before the festival (30^th of Sept.) the places cannot be filled anymore and therefore there is no refund possible.

Yes, of course. However, we try to balance the number of leaders and followers. Therefore, it can happen to you to be waitlisted if it is not balanced and there are no more places left. But you will be notified if we found a dancing partner for you.

Sadly, no. The slightly lower fee for dancing couples shall reward you as we spend less time and effort with your registration and the payment. You do not believe how much time we spend with such things... :-)

Not during the classes! But at the end of each lesson the teachers surely dance the stuff again for your cameras. Elsewhere (and outside of the showers :-) you can take photos or videos as you like.

For the classes most people appear in sportswear. Important are flat, non-colouring shoes. To the parties some appear dressed down, but also a lot of them in casual-swing-style. At the ball there is no dress code but many people are stunningly well dressed (authentic style of the 30's and 40's). Take a look ath the photo gallery to get an idea of it.

Yes, showers are open from 7 o'clock until midnight.

This is a difficult question. At your suggestion we have installed an Intermediate/Advanced level to rise the level for Advanced. If you have a teacher ask him or her to classify you. Our suggestion is to classify rather too low than too high. A lot of people have more fun to be challenged in the appropriate level rather than to be overextended, stressed and therefore unhappy in the higher level.

No, we try to fill out the training rooms so that everyone has enough place to dance. If the participants would change the level, our plans of balancing the number of leaders and followers would be mixed up. That is why every participant gets a button with her or his name on it, coloured by the workshop level. This will be checked during the workshop. However, if you really feel very uncomfortable in your level, please talk to us. We always try to clear that problem for you!
